When someone opens your link, their browser keeps your code for 90 days (last click wins), and a code entered on the pricing page counts the same way when no other affiliate’s link was opened first — a stored link keeps the referral, and the typed code still gives the discount. A checkout completed in that window, in that same browser, is attributed to you — and so is every payment that account makes afterwards. The trial start itself pays nothing; the first charge does.

Yes. Interview Clozo is a native macOS app. The checkout runs in the browser, so a referral counts when the checkout is completed in the browser that opened your link. A checkout started on the phone that opened your link counts. A checkout started later on a Mac counts only if that Mac’s browser opened your link too — so put the link where they will see it on both, or give them your code to type.

The most common reasons: they opened your link more than 90 days before buying, another affiliate’s link was opened later (last click wins), they bought in a different browser or cleared it first, their browser settings did not let us remember your link, or the account already existed before they opened it. Write to us with the link and the day; we can check the server-side record.

Yes: 20% off their first billing cycle. Anyone who opens your link, or enters your code on the pricing page, pays 20% less for their first Monthly or Yearly cycle on any payment method, and every renewal after it at the full price on the pricing page. One discount per customer, on their first subscription only; it cannot be combined with another code. The discount is ours to give — you never pay for it, and you may say it in those words: “use my link for 20% off your first cycle”.
