Legal and tax
We ask for this before your first payout (Affiliate Program Terms, section 8.2). It does not block a payout today, but we may hold one until we have it. We do not add tax to commissions and do not pay your taxes.

Questions affiliates ask
Every Monday, once your payable balance reaches the minimum for your payout method — the Payouts tab shows your balance, that minimum and the next run. PayPal payouts are automatic. Bank transfer and USDT are sent within 5 business days of the Monday run. More automatic payout methods are being added. Fees are ours. Each payout shows the provider's reference or transaction hash and the list of commissions it contains.
As soon as the customer’s refund window closes — 14 days on Monthly, 30 on Yearly — and not a day later: a commission is payable 14 days after a Monthly payment and 30 days after a Yearly one, then goes out in the next Monday run. A Yearly renewal paid early becomes payable 30 days after its new year starts. The exact date is on every commission in your portal from the day it is created.
Inside the refund window, the commission is voided and shown as voided with the reason. After it is payable or after payout, a negative line is created and taken off your next payout. A partial refund reverses the matching share. A refund of a discounted first payment refunds what the customer actually paid, and the commission on it is reversed in the same proportion. Nothing disappears from the ledger; it gains a line.
Someone who signed up through your link or your code and made a payment that Interview Clozo captured. A trial start pays nothing; the first charge does. A customer who later cancels stays in your count as churned, and every payment they made stays in your ledger.
No. A referral that matches your own email, payout address or network earns nothing and is flagged. Refer other people.
When someone opens your link, their browser keeps your code for 90 days (last click wins), and a code entered on the pricing page counts the same way when no other affiliate’s link was opened first — a stored link keeps the referral, and the typed code still gives the discount. A checkout completed in that window, in that same browser, is attributed to you — and so is every payment that account makes afterwards. The trial start itself pays nothing; the first charge does.
No. Payouts are made by the Monday payout run; your statement (CSV) is the record.
You are responsible for your taxes; we do not withhold unless a law requires it — Terms section 8.
The customer paid but has not opened Interview Clozo yet. The commission still approves on its date and is paid like any other; the note disappears when they open the app.
Yes. In Links, press Claim a custom code — your username, if it is free, or any code you like — then press Make default on the new link. Links you made before keep working, and you can build any number of extra links with their own codes.
The Affiliate Program Terms are one page, with the date of the current version at the top. You accepted them when your account was created; an account created earlier accepts them before its first payout.
